The reason why vibration technology dominates the market is that modern vibration can consolidate almost any kind of concrete. Vibration can be adapted to a wide range of changing parameters.
The compaction of the concrete using vibration is largely unaffected by the concrete consistency, temperature or timing of the processes. The compaction process can also be adjusted by controlling the vibration frequency, intensity and time.
With a well designed vibration equipment the concrete mixture can be chosen freely in order to ease the upstream processes like mixing, transport and pouring.
Even the noise issue has been significantly reduced since about 1990 by numerous innovations. The biggest step forward was achieved by using frequency inverters and evidently through the BRECON innovation of synchronous high-frequency vibrators.

Dry Cast Concrete Compaction
Dry cast compaction is the heavy duty task for external vibrators.
Dry cast is usually compacted with high pressure forces. The concrete is literally hammered into the mold by external vibrators generally placed over and also underneath the concrete. This is not only a rough application for the formwork but especially for the external vibrators. They have to withstand continuous acceleration and break ramps combined with short operation cycles.
Such extreme rough applications are ideal for BRECON high quality vibrators to unfold their full potential and high reliability. The very specific machinery for dry cast compaction is a costly investment, especially in comparison to the price level of the product output like bricks and tiles, etc.
BRECON meets such requirements with various special executions with the compaction for dry cast concrete in order to avoid downtimes.
