Dry Cast Concrete Compaction
Dry cast compaction is the heavy duty task for external vibrators.
Dry cast is usually compacted with high pressure forces. The concrete is literally hammered into the mold by external vibrators generally placed over and also underneath the concrete. This is not only a rough application for the formwork but especially for the external vibrators. They have to withstand continuous acceleration and break ramps combined with short operation cycles.
