We offer a wide range of vibrators from 750 to 3,600 rpm.
Low frequency vibrators generate larger amplitudes combined with small, medium to very high forces.
Since they can be connected directly to the main power supply (50 or 60 Hz), they do not require a frequency converter or control. That makes them useful for a wide range of applications in all industries.
BRECON’s high quality vibrators are suitable for the conveying industry and the dry cast concrete industry.

Dry cast concrete
Dry cast concrete compaction is an extremely rough application, ideal for BRECON high quality vibrators to unfold their full potential and high reliability.

Conveying and sieving
The functionality and choice of the external vibrators at the conveying and sieving is identical and therefore is looked at together also (the external vibrator is only used differently at sieving). At conveying and sieving the working conditions are rough, large material quantities have to be processed and little room is available for the vibration drive.

Loosening and breaking up
BRECON external vibrators are also used for the collapse of bulk material arches in silos or other containers in which the bulk materials (e.g. sand, lime, cement, coal, cereals etc.) are kept before their further processing. The friction between the material particles is reduced by the vibration caused by the external vibrator and the adhesive forces between silo wall and bulk material are overcome. There are two kinds of bulk material arches: bridge and shaft formation.

What is a low frequency vibrator?
A low frequency vibrator is an external vibrator (unbalance motor) that runs directly on the 50 Hz or 60 Hz mains. BRECON offers low frequency vibrators from 750 to 3,600 rpm.
Do I need a frequency converter or a control unit?
No. Low frequency vibrators are connected directly to the main power supply and do not require a frequency converter or control.
Which centrifugal forces are available?
Depending on speed and size, the BRECON range covers 0.4 kN to 223.6 kN. You will find the exact values of every vibrator in our product catalog.
When do I choose a low frequency and when a high frequency vibrator?
Low frequency vibrators generate large amplitudes and are suitable, for example, for dry cast concrete and for conveying, sieving, loosening and breaking up. For wet cast concrete and other viscous media, high frequency vibrators are the right choice. Our technical consultation helps you choose.
