SLIM2-Mobile Vibrators
The new SLIM2 quick-release-vibrator reveals its mobility at first glance. At second glance, the comprehensive improvements to the quick-release-vibrator become clear, with 14 kN and 6000 rpm. The SLIM2 weighs only 18.9 kg - up to 25 % less than comparable devices with synchronous speed (e.g. SL vibrators).
Due to the low weight and the handles, which are optimised for transport, a worker can move two SLIM2 vibrators from mould to mould at the same time. The change from one mould with, for example, 12 vibrators to the next mould can be accomplished in 10 - 15 minutes - considerably faster than with any other quick-release-clamp systems.
Furthermore the ergonomic arrangement of the handles also enables a smooth work process when placing the vibrators on the mould. The vibrators can be fitted quickly and securely, whereby the tried-and-tested quick-release-clamp mechanism used for many years for Bosch vibrators has been retained as a matter of principle.

Dry Cast Concrete
Dry cast concrete compaction is a extreme rough applications, ideal for BRECON high quality vibrators to unfold their full potential and high reliability.
Wet cast concrete compacting
Wet cast concrete offers through its liquidity an enormous flexibility, being suitable for realizing almost any kind of elements. Due to this, pre-cast plants using wet cast concrete have to adapt the compaction constantly to new elements, designs and sizes, usually in small custom-made series.
Bulk material compacting
The compaction of bulk material leads to less volume and higher density, resulting in fewer costs for transport and warehousing.
Loosening and breaking up
BRECON external vibrators are also used for the collapse of bulk material arches in silos or other containers in which the bulk materials (e.g. sand, lime, cement, coal, cereals etc.) are kept before her further processing. The friction between the material particles is reduced by the vibration caused by the external vibrator and the adhesive forces between silo wall and bulk material are overcome. There are two kinds of bulk material arches: Bridge and shaft formation.
