What is the difference between internal vibrators with and without integrated frequency inverter?
Internal vibrators with integrated frequency inverter can be operated directly on the 230 V or 110 V mains, without a separate converter. Internal vibrators for connection to an external frequency inverter require an additional control unit, but offer more flexibility in speed control.
Which head diameter is right for my project?
This depends on the reinforcement density and the radius of action you need. BRECON offers internal vibrators from 28 to 160 mm diameter, from compact units for dense reinforcement to powerful vibrator heads for large-scale concreting.
How does BRECON prevent the motor from overheating?
BRECON internal vibrators are equipped with thermosensors that protect the motor against overload and overheating. In addition, a deliberately oversized motor ensures a constant speed even under increased load.
Are there internal vibrators that do not need a power supply?
Yes, BRECON offers pneumatic internal vibrators that are operated with a separate air supply or compressor, ideal for sites without a mains connection or with special safety requirements.
