Overview
Low frequency vibrators (750–3,600 rpm)
Low frequency industrial vibrators generate larger amplitudes combined with small, medium to very high forces. Since they can be connected directly to the main power supply (50 or 60 Hz) they do not require a frequency converter or control. That makes them useful for a wide range of applications in all industries.

High frequency external vibrators (6,000–12,000 rpm)
BRECON high frequency industrial vibrators generate amplitudes from 6,000 rpm for standard wet-cast applications, up to 9,000–12,000 rpm for specific requirements.

Pneumatic external vibrators
Pneumatic vibrators are specially suitable for areas with high explosive risk. Pneumatic vibrators are connected via a high-pressure hose system to a central compressor which supplies a constant air pressure.

SLIM2 mobile vibrators
Quick-release vibrators are used wherever many moulds exist, but where each individual mould is used only rarely. The new SLIM2 quick-release vibrator by BRECON is characterised by a reduction in weight of up to 25 % and outstanding handling.

Synchronous vibrators
BRECON has developed and is the only manufacturer of synchronously running external vibrators. Unlike the standard asynchronous vibrators where the slip between rotor and stator causes each vibrator to run with a different speed, all BRECON SL vibrators rotate with exactly the same revolutions per minute.

Mobile systems
The ideal solution to maximize the number of vibrated forms while minimizing the equipment. BRECON’s mobile solutions allow you to move the vibration equipment from form to form.
Connected vibrators
BRECON couplings are of interest for applications that require very high forces, as they allow the centrifugal forces to be distributed across any number of vibrators. Over the years, BRECON Vibrationstechnik has developed a large number of vibrator couplings for this purpose.
DC external vibrators for universal use
The BRECON DC external vibrators are widely used on all kinds of applications on trucks. Whether it is concrete boom trucks in Dubai or salt spreader trucks in Canada, the BRECON DC vibrators do their reliable job.

FAQ – External vibrators
When should I use an external vibrator instead of an internal vibrator?
External vibrators are used when the concrete cannot be reached directly with an internal vibrator due to limited space, dense reinforcement or thin components. They are mounted on the outside of the formwork.
Which speed does my project need?
This depends on the component size, the type of formwork and the concrete consistency. BRECON offers low frequency external vibrators (750–3,600 rpm) and high frequency external vibrators (6,000–12,000 rpm). Our technical consultation helps you choose the right one.
Are pneumatic external vibrators available?
Yes, BRECON offers pneumatic external vibrators including silencer, suitable for environments without power supply or with special explosion protection requirements.
Can several external vibrators run synchronously?
Yes, BRECON SL synchronous vibrators run without sensors at exactly the speed set on the frequency inverter. All vibrators of a system therefore run at the same speed.
Are the vibrators available for other voltages?
Yes, all BRECON vibrators are also available for special voltages. For vehicles, DC vibrators for 12 V and 24 V are available.
