The ICF vibrator for compacting concrete from the outside and for compacting bulk material in big bags
The BRECON surface vibrator, also known as ICF vibrator, compacts from the outside. Its large base plate is placed against the formwork or container and transfers the vibration evenly and gently over the surface. This allows you to compact concrete in ICF formwork without damaging the polystyrene forms, and to compact bulk material in big bags to a smaller volume.
Since the vibrator does not come into contact with the concrete, no cleaning is required after use. The unit is quickly ready for use and easy to handle. It is available for three-phase 400 V as well as single-phase 230 V and 115 V.
Applications
Concrete in ICF formwork
With ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) it is difficult to apply the necessary vibration energy without damaging the polystyrene forms. The surface vibrator transfers the compaction energy gently through the formwork via its large contact surface and compacts the concrete from the outside.

Bulk material in big bags
Compacting bulk material in big bags or other soft containers reduces the volume and increases the density. More material fits into each container, which lowers transport and storage costs: 10 % more bulk material per transport container means 10 % lower costs for every logistics process.
